  • Payment information (future): If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing will be handled by third-party payment processors (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not directly collect or store your credit card numbers or banking information.

2.2 Automatically Collected Usage & Device Data

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and device identifiers.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, click patterns, and navigation paths.

We will NEVER use your recovery data for marketing purposes. Your gambling recovery data — including gambling-free day counts, urge logs, quiz responses, and recovery milestones — will never be used to target you with advertising, sold to third parties, or shared with gambling operators. This data exists solely to support your personal recovery experience.

4.1 Service Providers

  • Waitlist email addresses: Retained until you request removal or unsubscribe from the waitlist.
  • Account data (future): Retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  • Recovery data (future): Retained for the duration of your account and deleted upon account deletion or upon your request.
  • Analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form and cannot be traced back to individual users.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@detachr.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Certain data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).
