For sports wagering, use the self-exclusion method shown by a Kentucky-licensed sportsbook at its premises, on its website or mobile application, or by phone

For racetrack exclusion, ask a Kentucky racing association for its approved self-exclusion method at the track, online, or by phone

Provide the identifying information required by the licensee or racing association and read its consequences, term, account, and premises coverage before submitting

Keep confirmation from each process and ask whether the request has been forwarded to Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming for the applicable comprehensive list

Ending or Removing Self-Exclusion
Kentucky's current regulations allow temporary or permanent exclusion but do not publish one statewide duration or restoration procedure for every licensee. The approved policy used for the request controls the term and any restoration process. Confirm those rules before enrolling and do not assume an account or track restriction ends automatically.
Important Notes
For sports wagering, the comprehensive list is built from information submitted by licensees and shared back to all licensees. The official rules do not publish a separate direct consumer application on the regulator site. The racetrack list is governed by a separate regulation. Fantasy contests use a separate provider process under KRS 230.848, and Kentucky Lottery products are outside these two lists.
