Ending or Removing Self-Exclusion
At the end of a fixed term, the Commission automatically marks the record expired. The official FAQ says casinos may take up to ten days to update their systems. You can log in again to extend the term. The current FAQ does not describe a lifetime removal process, so contact the Commission before choosing lifetime exclusion if that question matters to you.
Important Notes
The Commission says this program does not prohibit Mississippi Lottery or bingo participation. It applies to state-regulated casino properties and does not claim coverage for tribal gaming, unlicensed sites, or gambling outside Mississippi. If you lack a smartphone or computer, the Commission says access is available at its locations; call or text 228-297-8174 during published weekday hours.
