Nebraska uses the Racing and Gaming Commission's Voluntary Self-Exclusion List for licensed casino gaming areas and live or simulcast pari-mutuel wagering. The Commission now links to NVSEP for electronic applications. Use the Commission-linked NVSEP route for casino and pari-mutuel exclusion. Fantasy sports uses a separate participating-app flow.

Open the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission responsible-gaming page and follow its current Nebraska VSE application link to NVSEP for electronic enrollment

For casino and pari-mutuel exclusion, choose a one-year, three-year, or five-year term; the current Commission policy allows lifetime only after completing a previous finite term

Provide the identity details requested in the official flow. The Commission's paper policy requires government-issued photo identification and a recent passport-style photograph

If you need a paper route, contact the Commission before sending personal documents; its current policy describes completion with a designated agent or submission by mail

If fantasy sports is part of your gambling, use the separate self-exclusion page inside a participating fantasy app to start the shared fantasy-sports exclusion flow

Keep the processing confirmation and do not assume submission is immediately active; the Commission says it distributes updated casino and racing lists on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Ending or Removing Self-Exclusion
A one-year, three-year, or five-year casino and pari-mutuel term cannot be shortened. It also does not remove itself automatically when the term expires. After the full term, contact the Commission for an appointment, view the removal education video, complete the exit acknowledgment, and submit a signed removal petition. The Commission says complete requests are processed within five business days. Lifetime enrollment is permanent. For the separate fantasy-sports exclusion, use the duration and removal terms shown in the participating app's current flow.
Important Notes
The Commission's August 2025 policy says lifetime is available only after completing a previous finite term. A July 2025 Commission form uses a different six-month threshold. Confirm current lifetime eligibility directly with the Commission before selecting it. Operator ownership groups may extend the casino and racing exclusion to affiliated properties outside Nebraska at their discretion. The verified state materials do not establish coverage for tribal casinos, Nebraska Lottery products, every fantasy operator, unlicensed sites, or gambling outside the listed programs.
