Arkansas does not yet publish an application for one statewide self-exclusion list. You can act now through Southland Casino Hotel or BetSaracen. Southland's current form extends to Delaware North gaming venues in the United States and Betly. BetSaracen publishes a separate online sportsbook process. These operator actions do not create one exclusion across every Arkansas casino.

How to Self-Exclude from Gambling in Arkansas Now

Choose the operator route that matches the casino, sportsbook, or account you use. Complete both if you use both companies.

    If you return the Southland form by mail, attach a current full-face photograph and have the form notarized; mail or hand-deliver it to the Security Department address on the form

    Ask Southland Security which term controls before signing because the public page says two years while the linked form offers one year, five years, or lifetime

    For BetSaracen online wagering, sign in and use the platform's self-exclusion control, then choose one year, three years, five years, ten years, or permanent exclusion

    Contact Saracen separately if you also need its retail casino restriction, and keep each confirmation because Arkansas has not yet published one operational statewide enrollment route

Removal, Expiry, and Account Reopening

Southland's current form says the selected term cannot be shortened. BetSaracen says a selected term cannot be shortened, modified, or removed early. A non-permanent BetSaracen account does not reopen automatically after the term; you must contact support and complete any required verification. Permanent BetSaracen exclusion is not eligible for reinstatement.

Important Notes

Act 798 authorizes the Racing Commission to create a statewide list, but no Commission enrollment application or final operational rule was published in the September 22 review. Southland's page and linked form currently conflict on duration; confirm the term with Security before signing. Saracen confirms that retail casino self-exclusion exists, but its public page does not expose the complete retail enrollment and removal procedure.
