Start With the Tribal Operation You Use

Review the agreement for your operation and confirm acceptance with its regulator or enrollment staff.

    For Kickapoo Lucky Eagle, call 1-888-255-8259 to confirm where to report and what identification to bring. The Gaming Commission's Regulation 23 provides for an in-person Self-Exclusion Form

    For Alabama-Coushatta facilities, open the TGRA Compliance page and select Exclusion Form. Review its prior-exclusion sequence and premises restrictions

    Call TGRA at 936-563-1233 to confirm the accepted submission channel, identity and photo requirements, and where staff signatures are completed. The form requests sensitive identity information; do not email it to an unconfirmed address

    Complete the requested process and keep written confirmation of acceptance and activation. A downloaded or signed form alone does not confirm enrollment

Removal, Expiry, and Account Reopening

Kickapoo Regulation 23 allows a reinstatement petition at any time, subject to Commission approval; ask how the current agreement applies. Alabama-Coushatta uses a separate Self-Exclusion reinstatement form and requires written approval. The first and second exclusions have one- and two-year minimums before a removal request; a third exclusion is lifetime with no removal request. These are successive exclusions, not three term choices.

Important Notes

The Alabama-Coushatta agreement addresses non-gaming areas, player points, marketing, trespass, and forfeiture of winnings. Read it in full and ask TGRA to identify every covered location. Neither tribal route establishes exclusion from Texas Lottery purchases, Speaking Rock, unrelated operators, or online accounts. The public Naskila form does not specify an email, mail, or online enrollment channel.
