    For a two-year or five-year term, complete the official online DocuSign application and identity-verification process

    Keep the confirmation and verify that each covered account has processed the exclusion

Ending or Removing Self-Exclusion

A voluntary exclusion cannot be ended early. Two-year and five-year terms end when the selected period expires. Lifetime exclusion does not expire.
