How to Apply for Wyoming Self-Exclusion

Start from the Wyoming Gaming Commission page and follow its NVSEP link for the current Wyoming application.

    Open the Wyoming Gaming Commission self-exclusion page and follow its link to NVSEP rather than relying on an individual operator form

    Choose Wyoming in the NVSEP application and review the gambling types covered by the current statewide flow

    Choose a one-year, three-year, five-year, ten-year, or lifetime term and provide the identity information requested by NVSEP

    Upload a legible government-issued identification document and complete the identity-verification steps in the secure application

    Submit the application and keep the processing confirmation; do not assume every permittee has updated its system on the same day

    Close or suspend any active accounts while the request is processed. Wyoming's sports-wagering rules require operator list systems to be updated at least every 72 hours

Ending or Removing Self-Exclusion

The current Wyoming NVSEP instructions say removal can be requested only after the selected term has ended. Expiration alone does not remove your name; complete the formal removal request and wait for confirmation. The state page does not publish an early-removal route. A lifetime term has no stated expiration or removal path, so confirm any question about lifetime enrollment with the Wyoming Gaming Commission before choosing it.
