Follow these steps to enroll in Delaware's self-exclusion program.

Open the Delaware Lottery self-exclusion page and review its current coverage and office instructions

Call 302-744-1669 to schedule an appointment; the Lottery says walk-ins may be accommodated but immediate assistance is not guaranteed

Complete the request in person at the Delaware Lottery office at 1575 McKee Road, Suite 102, Dover

Bring valid identification containing your signature, photograph, and physical description; the Lottery also takes a photograph during enrollment

Choose a minimum term of one year, five years, or lifetime and keep the enrollment confirmation
Ending or Removing Self-Exclusion
A one-year or five-year exclusion does not end through the passage of time alone. After the minimum term ends, appear in person at the Delaware Lottery office to request reinstatement. A lifetime exclusion cannot be removed.
