AGLC's centralized program lets you choose regulated iGaming, Alberta casinos and racing entertainment centres, or both. Enrollment runs through SelfExclusion.ca, and the current public program offers terms from six months to three years.

    Select a term of six months, one year, two years, or three years

    Complete the official identity and agreement steps; the current form uses valid government-issued photo identification and records a photograph and signature for program administration

    Submit the agreement and keep the confirmation package; call the AGLC Self-Exclusion Program at 1-844-468-8034 if the online process or the coverage choice is unclear

Ending self-exclusion

The current agreement cannot be modified, revoked, cancelled, withdrawn, or rescinded before it expires. If you want the exclusion to continue after the selected term, the official form says you must complete a new agreement.

What these programs do not cover

  • Coverage follows the online, land-based, or combined option you select during enrollment.
  • The reviewed public program description does not list retail lottery purchases or video lottery terminals in licensed premises, so do not assume those products are blocked.
  • The program applies to the named Alberta products. It does not create an exclusion in another province or block unregulated gambling sites.
