New Brunswick Self-Exclusion: Online and Casino Steps

Official program details last verified .

For alc.ca, sign in and open My Account, then Take a Break. For Casino New Brunswick, call the Responsible Gaming Information Centre at 506-861-4699. For Grey Rock, call 506-735-2820. Each needs its own action; do not assume one request covers all three.

Do this now

  1. 1

For alc.ca: sign in, open My Account, select Take a Break, choose your term, and complete the confirmation prompts. The account break cannot be reversed early

  2. 2

For Casino New Brunswick: call 506-861-4699 and ask the Responsible Gaming Information Centre how to enroll. The centre is at 21 Casino Drive, Moncton, just outside the casino in the pedway toward the entertainment venue

  3. 3

For Grey Rock: call 506-735-2820 and ask staff for its voluntary self-exclusion agreement and enrollment arrangements. Its Rules of Entry confirm that the program exists

  4. 4

Before a casino appointment, ask about identification, photographs, term choices, covered premises, and return rules. Use the official team's approved document channel; do not send identification through a general enquiry form

  5. 5

Keep each confirmation and check the start date and covered products. If you use both casinos and alc.ca, arrange each restriction separately. For an alc.ca access problem, contact Atlantic Lottery at 1-877-252-3287

Ending self-exclusion

ALC breaks cannot end early. After a short break, the operator requires Healthy Play information and a readiness acknowledgment; a long break requires its online Return to Play process. Leaving that process unfinished can keep the break active. Casino New Brunswick and Grey Rock have separate agreements: their reviewed public pages do not publish the term choices or return procedure. Ask each team before signing and keep those answers with your confirmation.

What these programs do not cover

  • An alc.ca account restriction does not establish a ban on buying tickets in shops, using physical video lottery terminals, visiting casinos, or using other gambling operators.
  • Grey Rock's Rules of Entry say excluded people who attend forfeit winnings. Confirm the agreement's exact premises coverage with its staff.
  • The public casino sources confirm assistance and programs, but not completion by phone, activation timing, or a province-wide register. A request or appointment is not confirmation of enrollment.
  • No signed-in account, completed enrollment, or phone response was tested for this guide. If an official page is blocked or the control is missing, contact that operator rather than creating another gambling account.
