Ending self-exclusion
A confirmed break cannot be reversed. It continues indefinitely without return action. After eligibility review and a Return to Play meeting, a 24-hour wait follows signed paperwork. Agreements before February 2025 retain a 30-day wait; PlayWise confirms which applies. You can extend your break instead.
What these programs do not cover
- Use separate account controls for alc.ca. This page's enrollment instructions concern Red Shores premises, not an Atlantic Lottery online account.
- Do not assume retail tickets, other VLT venues, racing accounts, or unrelated websites are included. Ask the operator about each gambling route you use.
