Choose the fastest enrollment route for you: PlayNow, a virtual GameSense Advisor, or staff at a B.C. gambling facility
For online enrollment, sign in to PlayNow, open My Account, select Game Break, choose the term, review your balance and support options, and confirm the request
For virtual enrollment, call 1-866-815-0222 and press 3, use GameSense live chat, or book a virtual meeting with a GameSense Advisor
For in-person enrollment, visit a casino GameSense Info Centre or ask staff at a casino, community gaming centre, or commercial bingo hall
Save the confirmation and check the refund method for any PlayNow balance before completing enrollment
Game Break starts immediately and cannot be cancelled or changed before the selected term expires. To return after the term, complete the online Game Plan course and the Return to Play form. If you do not complete those reinstatement steps, BCLC says access remains blocked until 12 months after the chosen term ends. You can extend the break instead.
